Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Our prices are in U.S. dollars. These prices do not include shipping and duties that may apply. Due to manufacturer and distributor pricing policies our prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3 p.m. CST during normal operating hours are generally shipped in the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship within 24 hours. Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, and destination. We ship 2nd day air UPS standard. Other shipping options are available upon request.

Payment Terms

First time orders will be charged to a Visa or Mastercard. A payment option of Net 30 is available upon request for established accounts.

Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect all packages and containers for any visible damage. If any parcel is visibly damaged, do not accept it. Immediately notify the carrier if there is any concealed damage. Retain all packing material and boxes. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Returns

It is our goal to satisfy you with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact us at (866)229.6025 to request a Return Authorization. All returns need to be shipped prepaid for acceptance. We do not accept returns after 90 days. All returns must be in the same condition they were shipped in. We do not accept returns that have been opened, used, written on, or that a seal has been broken on. Sterile products MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt.
